In the DPC model, there’s no third-party billing. Instead, patients join through a simple membership — like a gym, but for your health. You pay a predictable monthly fee that covers most primary care services, including office visits and telehealth consultations. No copays. No deductibles. No surprises.

This model allows us to focus on what truly matters: time with you.

At Aurora Primary Care, your membership includes:

• Same-day or next-day appointments
• Longer, unhurried visits (30–60 minutes when needed)
• Direct communication with your doctor via phone, text, or email
• Preventive care and annual wellness exams
• Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid care, and more)
• Routine lab testing at discounted prices
• Coordination with specialists and imaging centers
• Virtual visits for care that comes to you

And starting January 2026, you’ll even be able to use pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for your DPC membership, thanks to new federal legislation recognizing the value of this model.
