Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model for primary care. Patients pay a flat monthly fee instead of copays and surprise bills, and the clinic does not bill insurance for visits. It’s healthcare designed around you, not insurance paperwork.

Dr. Mudita Malhotra is a board-certified family physician with over 25 years of experience caring for patients across the U.S. and internationally. She has dedicated her career to helping people live healthier lives through early screening, preventive care, and building long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Malhotra has worked in leading healthcare systems including Johns Hopkins-Sibley, GWU-MFA, Adventist Medical, and Henry Ford Health. She has also served in international communities and in emerging healthcare models like One Medical, as well as mentored future physicians while practicing overseas in Asia. She works with patients age 12 and above and is licensed as a physician in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
